Transaction / Processing Limits

Each individual account has its own individual transaction limits. Limits include maximum transaction size, daily volume, and monthly volume limits. You cannot process above your approved limits, but these limits can usually be increased as needed, and the turnaround time for limit increases is usually pretty quick. We proactively monitor all of our accounts' limits and often increase them before there's an issue, but if you do run into an issue with this, please submit a ticket or email us at support@freedommerchants.com.
