Viewing Transaction History and Batch Deposit Reports

There are many different reports in the Reports -> More Reports section of USAePay, but only 3 are typically relevant.

1. All CC and ACH Txns – This is a full transaction history, including base amount, surcharge, and total.
2. All CC Batches – Credit Card transactions are deposited in batches. This report shows the composition of CC batches. If transactions have the same “Batch Sequence # (Batch Seq #), then they will be deposited together in the same batch. For example, Batch Seq # 8 below will be a $4.85 deposit total. If needed you can export to Excel by clicking Options -> Export to CSV File.

        3. Pre-Made Check: Deposits – This works exactly like the All CC Batches, but for ACH transactions.
