Logging Into USAePay / Resetting USAePay Password / USAePay Locked

You are required to reset your USAePay password every 90 days. If you log in on a regular basis, then you will be prompted to create a new password when the time comes.

 

If you go a full 90 days without logging into your USAePay a single time, then your account will be locked.

 

If you have set up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), then you will be able to reset your password by clicking the Forgot password. We highly recommend setting up 2FA for security reasons.

 

If you have not set up 2FA, then you will need to email support@freedommerchants.com or submit a ticket on our customer support site.
